Ed & Pete's Old-Fashioned Lemonade comes in a 12 fl oz (355 mL) glass bottle with a pale gray & white label that reads in black type, "Ed & Pete's Empire Bottling Works. Bristol, RI. Since 1930. Made with 100% Cane Sugar. Old Fashioned Lemonade." The bottle looks like something one would find in a speakeasy.
The cloudy, pale yellow liquid is silent upon opening, giving off a slightly sharp lemon scent. With no carbonation, it has a light body and consistency.
